Downside Protection + Upside Activation: Every deal is stress-tested through multiple downside scenarios, with conservative capital structures, while we layer on operational upside levers (management, repositioning, capital investment, expense optimization).
Alignment & Transparency: LPs receive full visibility into our underwriting, assumptions, sensitivity analyses, and performance metrics. We don’t hide details or bury assumptions.
