Joseph DeTello is the Founder of Forge Investment Group, where he leads investment strategy, capital markets, and portfolio oversight. With experience structuring and deploying over $500 million in real estate investments across the U.S., Joe brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to sourcing, underwriting, and executing hotel acquisitions and developments.

His expertise spans the full investment lifecycle—from diligence and capital structuring to asset management and strategic exit planning. He has raised over $175 million in equity across multiple vehicles and is deeply committed to building a transparent, performance-oriented platform that delivers long-term value for investors.

Joe is a graduate from Cornell University, where he conducted award-winning research in neuroscience and decision-making and was the recipient of multiple entrepreneurial awards.
